I’ve been away from writing for some time and have felt the loss more and more as time passes.
So much advice can cause one to become frozen into inaction. All the things that one can do wrong. How you must outline, show don’t tell and on and on.
I should write and let it be the way I think. I need me to write for me. It’s the best for me and I am the first reader as well as the writer.
You must find your path for your writing. What worked for your favourite writer was their path. Find your path and unique voice. Nothing wrong with being influenced but don’t copy. Do your thing, for you.
BTW don’t let the bots or any AI take you down in a way that is lacking in your humanity.
